I am looking for a lightweight, car stroller that preferably folds like an umbrella, but reclines (almost) fully, thats also easy to push. for under $100. that can be used for a newborn or toddler.
does this exist?
I've thought about the snap and go type, but it doesnt fold so small, does it?
and also cant be used without the carseat.
this is going to be my 5th kid, and my dh is not too excited that I want to get a new stroller, when I have a few already (mostly gifts). what he doesnt get is that my car stroller cant be used for a newborn, my walking stroller cant fit easily in the car, the reclining smallish stroller, is sooo hard to push.
I'd love one stroller that can do everything. I'll be using it mostly for errands and appts. in and out of the car.

please help me find one that is not expensive so I can convince him its worth it!

check out the graco ipo or mosaic- think they are the closest to the range you are looking for. at least one of them is car seat compatible- should that interest you. I will try and find you links.

ipo is $99.99 http://www.gracobaby.com/Produ.....00PTI

mosaic is $109.99 http://www.gracobaby.com/Produ.....61217

the ipo seems to have a 50 lb weight limit & the mosaic 40 lbs. I think I like the mosaic's features better though.

thank you. I like the mosaic one, esp b/c it can handle a carseat.
does anyone here actually own it?
do you like it?
is it better than the snap n go types?

well it has more use than a snap n go. plus you don't have to leave your baby in the car seat all the time- which isn't so good for them. I don't own it, but I've heard good things.
