so I had a set of circulon professional premier pots- they say they have a limited lifetime warranty- anyway after having them for a while ( not sure how long) the nonstick was rubbing off. so I decided to send back just 4 of the pots without the covers( I payed $20 to ship them to the company) ...anyway they sent me a brand new 12 piece set- anolon hard anodized set ..( I checked it out it cost $400) cause that brand was discontinued- I am sooo excited ! I feel like I won the lottery!! you should all do this!!!

I am happy for you, but if you start telling all your friends in Monsey (or Lakewood), and all of a sudden the company gets a bunch of returns all from the same zip code and they find out it is an orthodox Jewish neighborhood, it will result in a chillul Hashem.

It has happened before. People should be careful not to take advantage-I don't mean that you took advantage, but the fact that you're putting it into people's head that they can get free pots.

Lands'end for example will send you a new item if you feel you did not get your money's worth, but if it is obvious that it has been handed down to 5 siblings and cousins, it would be wrong to make a claim.

ITA with Anonymom.

IF you are experiencing the same problem, you can fairly return your pots, if they have a lifetime warranty. But if you don't have that problem, it is unethical to claim that you do.

obviously there was a problem with my pots- they came with a lifetime warranty...If you dont have a problem they wont see a reason to give you new ones!!! you guys gotta use some brains!! but I suggest buying these pots for this reason...for the lifetime warranty and for their excellent policy!

That is amazing. Thank you for posting. It never occurs to me to take advantage of these kind of policies, but I will do it in the future.
