Beer brined chicken
to bake or grill
cut up or whole chicken
1/c up kosher salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
3-4 cans of 12 oz beer
2 cups water
You brine your chicken in a zip loc bag overnight.
Drain the brine, rinse each piece of chicken, and put on pan. Drizzle with a little oil, then the rub, as follows:
1 T paprika
1 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
Bake or grill until done. Mmmm
