Ds got silly bandz for his birthday. For those not in the know, they're like rubber band bracelets in the shape of things - like a car or an animal, whatever.
Dh says that boys shouldn't wear jewelry and even though he's only just 4, it's good chinuch not to, I don't really think it's that big of a deal, esp. knowing that he'll lose them soon enough.
So, do you let your little boys wear bracelets?

We just had this conversation today--didn't really reach a conclusion.
I got dh a pack of his favorite sports team silly bandz. Dh put some on and then gave some to my 3 year old son.
Personally, I don't think a fad like silly bandz or something like those livestrong bracelets constitute as real jewelry.
But no, dh took them off before he went to mincha....

Imvho silly bandz don't count as bracelets, they are more like shaped rubber bands you can put on your wrist
