We're looking for a new, inexpensive microwave. Features I'd like include
- 900 watts, minimum
- 0.9 c. feet, minimum
It would be nice if, as an old Sharp of ours did, you could have the timer going at the same time as something's cooking. And potato, popcorn pads, etc. seem pretty de riguer. What I really want is that it not rust inside. And that the turntable have more stability. Currently we have a stainless on the outside Emerson that's junk. Before that we had a Magic Chef that (had we only read the reviews...) turned on by itself and sometimes went aflame. There's a Hamilton Beach on sale this week and I'm trying to dig up dirt but am not finding anything yet. My inhouse tech support went out to learn.
