My husband will be relocating to California for work and we will be joining him in a month or two therefore he will need a place to stay in the meantime, can anyone help me find a studio apt or guesthouse that is within 30 min driving distance of Westlake Village California? It would only be for a short term period a month or two

Call Chabad of Westlake and see if they have any suggestions.
You can also try Chabad of Agoura Hills.
