I am going away for two weeks and have tuna (w/mayo) that we used last night to break the fast. there is a lot left.
what do you think, can tuna w/mayo be put into the freezer?

If you have noone to give it to now, I guess the worst that can happen is that you freeze it and when you come back you'll be able to tell us what happened to it!

I once baked tuna in a tuna loaf and froze it and it was fine. I never tried freezing uncooked tuna.

I've never tried it but I heard that mayo DOES NOT freeze well or more accurately, does not defrost well.
