Hi,
I'm looking for sleeveless shells for my daughter who is wearing size 14 girls'/probably xs women's clothes. More specifically I would prefer cotton and/or half length (go down to just above the tummy). I'm out-of-town - so I would need a store/online store which could ship to me.

junee.com has and their customer service is excellent with OOTers- you can call and discuss sizes. I was very happy with them.

Where are you? Basic Colors sells great cropped shells (think half shirts in cotton with either long or 3/4 sleeves) and I know they go to Baltimore and Passaic. I don't know if they ship but maybe you have a friend in NY that can get it for you because they have a store in the city and also go to Monsey.

The Shell Station- www.theshellstation.com . You cant buy on their site yet but you can order by phone or go in to their stores. They have really great stuff.
