first year sending my kids to sleep away camp, how much is a good amount for counselour tips for sleepaway camp? what abt for learning rebbis? swim instructors? waiters? anyone else I am missing?

Prob irrelevant now, but ask the camp. My kids' camps either wrote it in the handbook, or told me when I called. Also, ask another mom or 2 who sent there.
Also, if s/o went out of their way for your child, either give more, or add a small gift/gift certificate, and definately write a note!!!
