I want to start jogging/running. can you recommend a good sports bra!
I'm not huge but after nursing I'm saggy. so I need something with support.
on a side note, does running/jogging make u saggier?

My favorite right now is by Champion. It's underwire with adjustable straps and very supportive. I think I got it from d!ck's Sporting Goods.
On a recent trip for a regular bra fitting, I was told that a sports bra should also have cups as the "uni-boob" is bad for the health of your breasts. I haven't switched over yet, but the one I tried on also seemed quite supportive. Good luck!

I have some from Nike, and I really like them. Just look at the label, and make sure you get one for high impact exercise (they're rated low, medium, and high).
Any idea why the 'uni-boob' isn't good? I have some of those and I really like the support they offer.
