I was looking into a buying another Shuly wig (I have one and dont really have any complaints but I did not buy it directly from Shuly), but I noticed alot of people posted that they have had bad experiences with Shuly wigs and their customer service.
Could you please elaborate on your positive or negative experiences?

I have a shuly wig and I love it! its very sleek, fine hair, never frizzes or knots, if its blown nicely it lasts a long time. but since I had no problems, I have no idea about their customer service.
