Does anyone know of any economical chol hamoed activities to do in the chicagoland area? The range of children is somewhat broad.
We are looking for fun family filled activities with minimal cost to maximize our Yom Tov "out of town". (sorry to all those chicagoans.)
thanks.

There are tons of things to do but some of it will require paying for parking. The Shedd Aquarium has free days this week on Monday and Tuesday. The Lincoln Park Zoo is free always but parking can be a pain. Navy Pier is also fun. Are you a Chicago resident? The public libraries here have passes to most of the museums available to check out and then you either pay for parking or take public transit. For little kids the Kohl Museum is great and the exploritorium in Skokie. Let me know if I can give you any more ideas! Gut Moed!
