Can anyone name me the more modern areas in Monsey, NY? So far ive heard Wesley Hills and Pomona...Is there anything else?

I lived in Wesley Hills for 11 years - just this past summer moved to Baltimore because I got a job in DC. When I first moved to Wesley Hills it was fairly mixed - between Modern and Yeshivish - now most of the modern people have moved away - to Teanek, Scarsdale or Modiin. It is 95% yeshivish, with some holkd outs who do not cover their hair and wear pants. But there are very few.
Other than Wesley Hills, I dont think you will find a more "modern area" of Monsey. Teaneck, Bergenfield, and Englewood (Northern Jersey) are all fairly close about 1/2 an hour drive.

I agree with abby that Wesley Hills has become much more yeshivish. Pomona or even some parts of New Hempstead might be a better choice.
