I have a 2 month old baby and a 2 year old. I'm using the Phil & Ted in the newborn mode (with the main seat flat and the 2nd seat perched on top. My baby is so unhappy down there (it's not just me he's happy in the snap n' go and in the single stroller - anyone else have this experience? I tried putting a soft blanket under him - folding a blanket to elevate his head - any other ideas?

My fourth baby (unlike my 2nd and 3rd) was very unhappy in the newborn position in this buggy. Every time I lowered him into it he screamed and really hated it. I ended up using a sling for him and putting the toddler in the single stroller Once he was old enough to sit in the upright setting he didn't mind at all and I this has made up already for the first few months!

I've never used mine with the newborn set up, but my kids hate sitting on the bottom.
