anyone have a MOIST meatloaf recipe with a glaze? I tried one but it was so dry. thanks

cover it before you put it into the oven. take off the cover or silver paper a few mins before it finishes baking. you can also add grated squash for moisture

How did you bake your meatloaf - what temperate, was it covered, for how long? And what sort of ground meat did you use?
