Anyone have a recipe for lachmajun? (the yummy, I think turkish, "meat pizza")
I tried it once a long time ago and absolutely LOVED it! I want to try making it.

I think it's syrian, or maybe that's just the version I made. I have a recipe from a sephardi cookbook, but here's an Imamother thread with recipes and discussion. Yummy...
