What programs to uninstall

My internet connection is kinda slow and although dsl claims that the speed is right, when I do spped tests it comes out much slower than supposed to. DSL suggestedt that I uninstall some prog.
when wanting to uninstall I had no idea what to do first somany toolbars and prog etc I dont want to delete anythig important.

You can ignore it. Just download from one of the provided links.

You really should get rid of most of the toolbars -they duplicate each other and slow things down. Give a hard look at what you actually use, and then get rid of anything you don't use. If you have two items that give you the same functionality, get rid of one of them - either the one that you find harder to use, or the one that gives you less other useful functionality.

also go to your internet program and clean up the history and the temporary folders.

Do you know how to copy and paste? Paste a list of all your programs here and we can help you. Go to control panel, to add/remove programs, higlight all programs then right click and press copy, come back here and left click paste and it'll put up the whole list.

Its asking for my cc and will only process the order if I give them one

Before you do anything make a complete backup.

Only if you are saving it to a disk otherwise you're defeating the entire purpose of cleaning out space. If you're worried set the cleaning to the default and it'll take out the minimal.

Of course, that's what I meant.

Also, I only meant it for the OP now for the first time in case something goes wrong. I use CCleaner daily and don't make a backup beforehand.
