Anyone knows how to make chestnuts it should be soft and easy to peel???????

Oh, I grew up with them, but didn't make them myself, so no answer. Two suggestions:
Google
Rename your subject (Don't worry, no one will hassle you for going amother....Right, ladies?)

there are two ways:
either you make slits in the shells, put them slit side up on a baking sheet and roast in 350 oven for 45 min to an hr. do not overcook, they will get hard. the peels will open slightly while baking and if you squeeze the shells, they should come off fairly easily
or, wash them off, put them in a pot with water and sugar and boil them for an hr-hr and a half.
the boiling method is sweeter and softer, the roasting is more like what you'd see on the street in manhattan . I do it both ways, enjoy!

I forgot to say that you should only slit the skin not the actual fruit its easiest to do it on an angle
