Hi, I'm having a guest for shabbos lunch thats a vegetarian - any nice vegetable side dishes I can make that would warm up well on a blech?

broccli kugel muffins
zuchini and mushroom kugel
tri color kugel
steamed veggies in soy sauce
sauteed mushrooms (good with rice)

these are just side veggies dishes I make, I never use a blech so I'm not sure what can be warmed up on it.

sheperd's pie sub in mushrooms for meat
stuffed veggies
rice and beans
knishes
eggplant schnitzel
a good mix of veggie and something starchy/protein will be hearty and fill 'em up good
