OK I JUST REALIZED I CAN GET ENGLISH BUT ONLY IF I PRESS SHIFT WITH EACH KEY> AND IT COMES OUT CAPITAL< AND NOT THE CORRECT PUNCTUATIONS NO CLUE HOW THIS HAPPENED
CAN ANYONE HELP?
THIS HAPPENED WHILE I WAS IN MIDDLE OF RESPONDING ON ANOTHER THREAD SUDDENLY IT ALL STARTED COMING OUT IN HEBREW

Did you turn it on by accident? Check the language bar in your toolbar -- does it say HEB?
You can switch Hebrew-English and back by holding down the left Alt-Shift key combination. Maybe you did that by accident?

Oh wow thanks ootbubby! You saved the day! I just wonder how in the world did I manage to press those 2 keys together without realizing. 
Good to know this trick. I always thought my computed doesn't do hebrew.

I do type Hebrew, but have still accidentally turned it on by hitting the keys in error.
And, you will get English caps (as you discovered) even with it on as the Hebrew fonts are only on the lowercase letters.
