how do I keep challah fresh till shabbos if made on a thurs morn? I dont want it to get all dried out.

I always bake it in advance. As soon as they are fully cooled I put them into large zip lock bags. I close most of the bag and leave one part on the side open. I suck all the air out and freeze the challas. I take what I need for friday night out on friday afternoon and warm it up with the food in the oven (wrapped in foil). Shabbos morning when I wake up I take what I need for lunch out of the freezer. Sometimes I wrap in foil and put it on top of the cholent...

You can keep it closed up in a paper bag till then & rebake on friday for 15 minutes, but I would rather freeze & rebake friday

I just put it in plastic bags and in the freezer.
Erev Shabbos I take out the amount that I need for at night and rewarm it in the oven.
Shabbos morning I take out the amount that I need and just let it defrost.
