Sausages with Stir Fried Rice
from Chinese cookbook
12 oz sausages
2 T oil
2 T soy sauce
sliced onion
6 oz carrots, cut into sticks
1 1/4 peas
cup canned pineapple, drained
4 cups cooked rice, leftovers are great
beaten egg
1 T parsley
You slice up your sausages and heat in the oil. Add your soy sauce and the onions, carrots, peas and pineapple. Cook for about 3 more minutes, then add your rice & heat until hot.
Beat the egg and drizzle it on top. Serve with parsley.

Sounds really good. I think I will leave out the pineapple. Will it still be good? The beaten egg should be when it is still frying? How long do you fry it for?
