I'm not very experienced when it comes to meat so I'm not sure what kind of meat I have. I bought a minute roast and I am searching the kosher palette and have come across a "silver tip roast" and a "french roast". Are those both okay for my type of meat? Thanks for your help!

Those recipes should be fine with minute roast.
Just make sure the size of your roast is similar, because it makes a difference in the cooking time.
