Cut cutlets into thin strips. Dip in egg and then crumbs (I use Kellogg corn flake crumbs and then I just spice them myself) And then fry.
Enjoy

-Season chicken cutlets with a generous amount of onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
-Dip in flour and then egg.
-Dip in Panko bread crumbs (makes extra crispy/crunchy) mixed with Jason's seasoned bread crumbs.
-Fry until golden brown.
So flavorful and delicious!

If you want a recipe for beef patties, here goes:
I got it off this site but forget to write whom to credit. So thank you whoever wrote this here. I have been serving this bi-monthly for the past 9 months. Delish!
"Heavenly Hamburgers"
" 2 pounds ground meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup bbq sauce
4 garlic cloves,finely chopped
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat grill on high. Combine all the ingredients. Divide the dough in 6 or 8 portions, shape the patties and grill for 10 minutes each side or until golden brown. Serve with a mixture og sauteed onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
