my ds is (finally) being potty trained, and he just urinated all over his leather shoes (leather exterior, cloth interior- theyre both saturated in parts)
is there any way to save these shoes??

Stuff them with newspaper or paper towel and put them somewhere to dry out. I don't think they will be ruined.

its been quite a few hours already- theyre still soaked, and the smell is rancid
any ideas?

Run it under water and then let them dry. Happened to my kids more then once. It will be fine.

I've put them through the washing machine on cold water, air dry. they were fine. however, I only buy my kids cheap shoes, so I wouldn't have beenupset if they were ruined. I don't know how you feel about risking it.

I tried running the shoes in water w/ a little soap
heres hoping they dont stink in the morning!
