Is it good enough to clean my bathrooms using those special wipes (Flash wipes/ Jet wipes etc) that are impregnated with cleaning fluid, instead of using a spray and cloths?

I find it much quicker and easier just to use the wipes, but wonder if this is as effective. Any advice?

How dirty and germey is the bathroom ?

For my kids' bathroom, no, it's not enough.
