Anyone know any good recipes for it? Can I make my regular ground chicken recipe for this?

I have a great recipe for stuffed mushrooms with veal. It is delicious. Let me know if you want the recipe.

My friend uses it instead of ground beef to make meat lasagna or stuffed manicotti.

Here is the recipe. (It calls for ground meat and it is delicious but with ground veal it puts it over the top)
