Does anyone know anything about kiki's customer service? I bought a kiki chanukah time after hearing only good things, and was very dissapointed. First, the hair knots all the time, and second, I bought a new sheitel cuz I was sick of my shevy which is very thick and puffy. I heard kikis were much sleeker, and I bought a very thin one so it whould just lay flat. But the minute I walk outside the whole thing puffs up! Do you know if kiki would help me with any of this, and if they would charge me? Thanks.
