Does anyone have reviews about the Purple Pear in Monsey? A friend had it recommended to her and asked if I knew anything..I don't! Relying on you imamothers?

Purple Pear is yummy, but not very fancy. The times I've been there, they have had sorta table service, like, if they feel like it. It's dairy, with really good salads and pasta and sandwiches. Pretty reasonable cost.

I am absolutely obsessed with that place! The food is amazing presented nicely and very very good. The ambience is nice you feel like youre in the city red walls, purple lights, and square white dishes. They have waiter service after 4 and also have a simcha room in the back where we had our sheva brachos.

I assume you are referring to making a simcha if you posted in this section. From what I've seen (never experienced), it seems to be beautiful affairs.

I will add to the thumbs up votes. We enjoy their food a lot. Never been to a simcha there though.
