Anyone know if there's a way to remove puff paints from velvet yarmulkes? At least I think it's puff paint - it's what they're decorated with.

once puff paint is dry, you can pull it off if you pull hard enough. this may damage the velvet, of course. puff paint is technically permanent.

Try nail polish remover. I won't dissolve right away - you'll need to rub it.

that will also remove the color of the velvet.
