1/2 cup marg
1/2 cup sugar
1 lb cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
36 tea biscuits
milk for dipping
mix the cheese mixture together.
dip tea biscuits in the milk and make 4 rows of three 111

put cheese on top of the biscuits add another layer of bisciuts then cheese then biscuits and end with the cheese. Fold into a triangle and put in fridge or freezer. Hope its clear.

I don't understand. How can you fold layers of biscuits with cheese? And why are you supposed to fold it? Please explain!

It's not hard.
You lay out your biscuits. You glop your batter on top of them.
You tilt up the two sides together to form a triangle.

I honestly didn't get the concept either when I read the recipe. Plus, I've never had this dessert, so the concept escaped me! . Pictures help!
