What does "no kosher food" mean? Preparing is different if it means that you are flying to some far flung place and need everything to stay in a suitcase for 18 hours and can't buy local produce because of disease vs going somewhere outside of Brooklyn with a car, a cooler and will have a refrigerator and access to a grocery stores with safe produce and kosher items that you may not be aware of yet...

Where you are going and your restrictions in terms of which hashgachos you use, yoshon, cholov yisroel, pas yisroel, need to be supplied if you want a useful answer. Smile
