Louise (/ Louisa) is a pretty and classical name, from a French king / Catholic saint, but it is not very Jewish-sounding. Instead you might consider Levana, Lehava, Levia, Livya, Libi, Libby.

Louise is my middle name. my first name is a Jewish name. I like having Louise as a middle name, since my first name (and the name I go by is Jewish), I quite like having a pretty "englishy" name as my middle name. not that anyone even knows I mean I never use it, only in very few documents you have to include your middle name on a form or something.
personally I prefer Louise to Louisa. I also would not call my child a non-Jewish name, but for a middle name I think it's fine

Not really. Mainly because I can't imagine giving a non-Jewish name but also it makes me think of Weezy Jefferson, lol!

I live in Montreal, which is predominantly French-speaking, and I don't know of any babies named Louise. It doesn't even place in the Top 100. Ironically (like rain on your wedding day....) Lea is the most popular girl's name.
