It's for women who work in the food or production field, either as mashgichas, or under hashgacha or rebbetzins who will need to do hashgacha for their own communities. I work as a caterer but would have no problem working as a mashgicha during quiet times. The way I see it, it can only help me.

I work at the OU and have a nice sized office- bring an air mattress and come on over!

I wanted to take the course given by the star k 2 years ago, but I was wait-listed. Now I have a baby I am nursing, so its kinda hard to go to this one. And I do hashgocha work.
