J Stores sometimes has either on J or 13th, and Peretz on 13th, depends where u live.

If you live in Boro PArk, KiddiChic on 13th and low forties is having 50% off sale. They have adorable stuff, just boght a 2pc. outfit for my 2 year old for $13.50!! even the stuff that's not on sale is reasonably priced.

why dont yoy try daffys or marshalls, in atlantic mall, they have nice stuff for reasonable price.
or even childrens place.
