just about anything goes with Esther - sort of the way Marie is really common as a middle name for non-Jews.
do you have any style or meaning preferences? ie: modern Israeli vs. biblical vs. typical yeshivish? do you care about the parsha or holidays or the time of year? do you like nature names, or virtue names? Yiddish or Ladino rather than Hebrew? do you davka want something common, or something uncommon? is there an initial or syllable you like?
when it comes to something common like Chana or Esther for a middle name, just about anything goes for the first. with more info about your style, people can give you more relevant suggestions.
