 A&B gefilta fish is definitely loaves of frozen fish, good frozen gefila fish, with no added fillers. They make sugar free loaves and salmon loaves as well as more standard gfilta fish.

I have just looked at the Red Heiffer's take out menu (they have a coupon for the resturant and I was looking at the menu), and it does seem to fit the bill. Very American style and seems really good. But I have no experience with them, and I don't know if they supply things like disposable dishes, challah and grape juice.
