So what will happen? Tirtza will start to get real sick and they will realize it couldn't be Shaina's fault but then they'll discover that she has the same genetic condition as her brother?

The story does give me creeps.

maybe the babies have a metabolic syndrome and can't handle the formula?

Ah, it all makes sense now. With the new baby getting sick, it looks like the metabolic disorder is where the story is going. I'm relieved to know it was not based on a real story in the Jewish community. Interesting how they attempted to transfer this story over to our community Smile
