Mixed roasted Potatoes
from the Food Network Mag

sweet potatoes
white potatoes
red potatoes
salt
oil
1/2 to 1 T each of the following: parsley, thyme, rosemary
pepper

Cut potatos into 2 inche cubes and boil for about 10 minutes. they will only be partially cooked.

Preheat your oven to 400 deg and toss the potatoes with some oil and spread onto baking sheet. Add the herbs and roast until done.
