I randomly decided to buy a beef chuck shoulder steak because it was a good price. I have nooooo idea what to do with it. It is pretty thin, no bone and I also have no idea how to cook it.

any help, ideas, recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Stew it, or roast it is a bag. A thick hearty sauce with some rice would be nice. And now I'm hungry LOL
