Does anyone know anything about this new neighborhood?
How much houses/apartments are going for? When it will be finished?
We were interested in buying there, but dont know all that much about it.
And information would be very helpful for us.

They've already started building, will prob. Be ready in about 1.5 to 2 years.
It seems like it will be a nice mixed community.
I recommend calling Aaron Sokol of Vista Homes Realty - 050-979-9934.
We bought through him and were very happy with his service.

To the OP,
I'm the second amother. When we bought, last year, they were going for 1 M (nis) for 5 rooms.
I know prices have gone up since, but not sure how much.
It's worth it to look into. I'm hearing great things about the diff. Projects.
