Esrog Recipe?

Anyone have a good recipe to use up our esrog? not jelly please! I know it won't get eaten!
(I'm thinknig pie or something?)

there are many online--just google. most of them are not very specific and don't give any sort of measurements, though. you can use any citrus jelly or marmalade recipe and substitute esrog for the other citrus fruits, or make up the volume with other citrus if you don't have many esrogim.
