I heard that Spice and Spirit went back into print around Chanukah, but it has yet to be seen in Israel! Does anyone know when it should be here? We want to buy it as a gift for my newlywed sister.

It's here. DH actually mentioned it to me last week, that it had arrived at Manny's; I don't remember how much he said it was.
