I bought one of those discount coupons for laser hair removal, and I'm not sure what the proper tipping etiquette is. Do I tip the technician for each visit, or a lump sum at the last visit? I also don't know how much their regular price (without my coupon) is, so how much do I tip? 15-20% of the average list price, or of my coupon cost? I'll probably be going for the long haul, so do I tip an additional amount over for the holiday season?
Sorry if I appear clueless, but I want to do the right thing.
Thanks!

If the person is self-employed, you do not need to tip.

I'm actually not sure whether she is or isn't. She has a room within a large salon/spa, but I don't know if she rents the space there or is an employee of the place.

I also brought one of the those discount package deals. I had no idea at the time that they expect you to tip 15-20% of the regular price of the service after each visit.

I've never thought of tipping.
I consider it like seeing a medical professional as it's usually done in a medical office
