I don't have that book. I have made tabbouleh before, but don't have a recipe. This one here looks right: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/tabbouleh-I/

I have found that fresh lemon is best, as oppose to the bottle.

I wanted that specific recipe - it was differnet had scallions vs/ parsley and was simple
