I don't have a food processor for pesach, and I don't want to buy one this year (too expensive) are there any substitutes (a smaller or different type of gadget) that I can use instead which would be cheaper?

They make small food processors (cup/cup and a half) that can work if you aren't ready to spend on a full-size. I think they are in the 10-25 range.

If you're going to buy a cheap one, only purchase a Hamilton Beach. The rest are garbage.
If you're in Brooklyn, the Buzz has one on sale this week for $40.

I got ours at a Lot Less type store years ago; it's a La machine. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to get something that works well.
