I've never really excercised because BH I've never needed to lose weight (before marriage I was actually underweight). And even now, after 3 kids, I am 5'7'' and 130lbs. But I would like to start exercising for my health/energy (I sit at a desk ALL day) and also to try to get my stomach a bit flatter (not sure that's possible after BH 3 kids).
Ideally, I would love to go walking but it's just not possible since my dh is out at night until 9-930. What kind of exercise can I do at home? Are there any free videos online I can use? I am totally clueless when it comes to exercising, so I would appreciate any tips/advice.
Thanks!

Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDs have great reviews, if you like to walk. Check them out at collagevideo.com as well.

Exercise is not just for weight loss. It's to keep the heart healthy, cholesterol down, and keep the brain active and your muscles functioning.
Walking is good. Swimming is good. Weight training and biking and skating and hiking are all good. choose something you like and stick with it. And bring your family along to keep them fit also !
