I'd like to make potato latkes as my kids love it. Do I use my regular potato kugel recipe?
Any good basic latke recipes that everyone loves?

I make potato latkes using my potato kugel recipe but I don't put in oil. I put an egg to each potato and I add salt and pepper to taste.
