They're only sold online. I've found the best price to be on Amazon.com (if you have Prime for free shipping). Otherwise, if you do a Google search you can usually find a coupon for a small percent off at the Miracle Noodles website. If you buy on Amazon, make sure to only get the Miracle Noodles brand as it is the only one with a hechsher AFAIK.

shoprite in brooklyn sells them in the health food section, right past the vegetables.

Are they the "Miracle Noodles" brand? I understand that brand is only sold online.

They are no calorie, no carb noodles made from yam flour that are used on certain diets (in my case HHCG). There are similar ones containing soy which are not allowed at least on HCG.

the brand they carry is Shirataki. They are under the ou. I saw them in the fridge section, right past the organic fruits and veggies, where the fake meats and stuff are. Another place that may sell them is Pomegranite, if you are near them.

I'd be curious to know what the main ingredients are and if they have any calories to determine if this brand would be allowed on the HCG diet.

I checked miracle noodles website by locations and Pomegranate was on the list. They have it in the last aisle at the end of the aisle across the fridge items. I bought 2 packs but, they look really scary! Are they really edible?

Is it the Miracle Noodle brand they have there?

Yes, they look scary, but they are perfectly edible. Make sure to rinse very very well to get rid of the preservative smell and then boil for just 1 minute. They'll stay clear and will be a little chewy, like al dente noodles. They have no taste of their own; they take on the taste of whatever you mix them with.

Stick with the angel hair -- it is much thicker than real angel hair pasta; like thickish spaghetti. The fettucini is very thick.
