I'm looking for someone to tutor a 15 y.o. frum Israeli boy in English.
He's learning slowly but could use some help.
We can't afford to pay too much so that's the main problem. We had someone
for $35 an hour but need something cheaper like someone that just wants to make a few extra
dollars and they don't have to have any official training.
It could be a man or a woman obviously he would feel even more comfortable with a man.
Any leads or advice is appreciated.
